I don’t mind waiting, when they send me to pick up at JBS i always have to wait, for more than 10hrs and the receiving personnel are extremely rude, and i still have to deal with them so i give the receiving personnel here 5 stars for their politeness
There is nothing worse than a company that stuffs there reviews with employee comments to up their ratings. If it weren't for the employees and probably their family members posting on it it would definitely be a BIG FAT ONE!!! Only because it won't go any lower. This place is the worst cold storage facility ever! You check in you wait wait wait wait ohh and wait some more. Because they're waiting on product. This place is the headquarters for Zero Mountain, they should visit their other facilities and take notes. Really.
The staff is really nice. Do you usually have me loaded within 2 hours.
I think most these drivers must be newbies. If you show up on time you’ll get a door. Zero Mountain can’t help it when they get behind cause a product isn’t there. Some of you drivers need to suck it up. This is trucking not everything is going to go right. But writing bad reviews on a place that isn’t their doing is complete bs.
One of those places where u will spend several hours to get loaded and will not get any detention for yr work cuz "shipper said some BS" like u were 2 F low on yr reefer then they want or that u were late 3 minutes/Rude people, under very bad mngm.Be ready to take yr 10H brake here.
