Very angry. I have been calling to make a payment on my storage and not one person has answered the phone. I keep getting recording that the place is closed for the day and I call evey few hours. My rent was due on the 4th of December. Today is Wed the 26th of Decwmber and since the recording said you would be open at 9am. I call and hey no one picks up the phone. Just another recording.
It's an okay storage. Helped a friend go through his as he was moving out of a place and into a new one. The units were outside and one of his boxes was damaged by the rain that seeped through. It was a little tricky getting in and out.
Stephanie is great! Very helpful. I do wish they would keep the hallways of the climate controlled units swept. Kinda dirty.
