not very helpful in piercing jewelry...i just picked a second item out and it is not working out ...will be ordering tragus earrings from bodycandy website shortly instead of going to spencers its more helpful to read the jewelry reviews on bodycandy then asking an associate.
workers were rude and kicked us out just for looking at jewelry
I was in last week at the Spencers in fort smith and had the best experience with a lady named Sara I think she helped me find some really good items for a birthday party I was helping with and the guy she was working with was an older gentleman but was so nice and he even talked to me and my daughter while she looked at their buttons. Just really had a good time in there. Better than my experience in Fayetteville. You can tell they enjoy what they do. Will definitely be coming back soon!!
