Excellent food. Good wait staff. Not very many selections for fry dipping sauces like Red Robin. Military-friendly, on occasion....not all offer the discount?! Very family friendly.
Do NOT eat at this chili's. My mother and i ordered $40 worth of take out last night, to find a ROACH in our mashed potatoes. I am currently on bed rest at Mercy hospital, and the fact that there was a roach in my food made me furious. They are very lucky I'm unable to leave this hospital because it would not have been pretty. Disgusting
The people were very nice. Very good atmosphere for families too.
They have excellent service & food! My husband & I eat out after church every Sunday & this Chili's is definitely at the top of our restaurant list!
waited 15mins for a waiter, contacted the manager, he acted like we shouldn't be upset and the waiter who waited a table right next to us never said a word to us until the manager came to the table. Never felt so disrespected before. I would recommend going to somewhere that has locals who care about your experience. No one should feel belittled in a restaurant.
