Great visit and excellent customer service. Employees checked on us often and were very attentive, asking several times if we were having fun or needed anything. Pizza was surprisingly good too.
We came here for my nephew's birthday and everyone in our party was over 21 except for him, so we were looking forward to having some adult beverages with our pizza. But when we got there, there were only a handful of employees that we saw, and EVERY ONE of them were UNDER 21. I don't know how that happens, but even the manager was under 21, so no one could serve us alcohol. So we couldn't get any that night and it was so annoying. I don't even know how that's legal to not have at least one employee be over 21 just in case. I mean..... that's so unprofessional and just shows at how badly managed the place is to not have a true adult be there. Like I get that Chuck E Cheese is a place for kids, but I wasn't expecting all of the employees to be kids too!! So if you are an adult who plans to come here, I would definitely call first and BYOB if you have to. It shouldn't have to be that way to be honest, but..... apparently this is how this location is run.
Had a wonderful time today. The employees are so nice and helpful. We had a birthday party and they even provided the plates and forks! It's an excellent place for kids to play in a clean and safe environment.
The kids love to run and play here while the parents wait for it to be over. I haven't really enjoyed the last few visits we've had, but this place wasn't designed for the grown ups to enjoy. I would have rated it a little lower, but we did have a couple of really good birthday parties here when my children were younger. The staff assigned to help at the parties did a wonderful job.
Lots of games for the kids, very good thin crust pizza [that's the one I like]. Kids have a blast and safe to turn them loose. Security gate means that you don't leave with someone else.
