This is my personal favorite Chinese place in Fort Smith. Their price/per portions are a great deal. The food is great about 90% of the time. The other 10% is when I order delivery and it takes awhile to get to me. I know their delivery drivers can get slammed at times, it is not their fault. Their primary delivery driver is very nice and courteous. The only other Chinese food I have had better than this is in California. So this aint bad for Arkansas.
This has always been premier Chinese food, but visit last week was disappointing. Batter on chicken was thick and doughy. Sauce not same. Service is excellent. I wonder if there are new cooks or owners. Hoping it rises to its long deserved title as excellent.
We generally like the food but the last couple times we have gone there, they have been rude and quite argumentative. This was the last straw and we will never go back! We went to enjoy a nice dinner with our 11 year old son. He wanted the 131. Kids orange chicken.. ages 12 and under only. The lady asked me how old he was and I told her 11. She started laughing and shaking her head. I said, " do you want me to tell you his birthday?" She went on chuckling and acting as though I was lying to her and it made me uncomfortable and I was offended (yes I know, offended in a world of tons of offenses) anyways, as we were leaving and I was explaining why we were leaving, the rude overweight guy that's always there popped up to look at ur drinks to charge us.. luckily, it was water. Just unfortunate. Now I know why there wasn't a single customer at 6 in the evening!

Absolute worst food. I ordered mongolian beef. Just like I did last week. This week there were crunchy noodles mixed in the bottom half of my meal. Looked like someone had mixed in noodles while they were eating it and then put fresh beef and veggies on top. And then served it to me. I was disgusted. When i complained to the staff they treated me like s**t. The male manager glared at me trying to intimidate me. I felt unsafe. So I left. Better to loose a few dollars and never go back than risk harm.
