Big problems here. New people, orders incorrect on our order. A customer came in picked up a large to go order. Was back in 10 min. hopping mad because the order was "FUBAR". F_____k_ up beyond all recognition. Hopefully this will be corrected. Until then it will be an experience you will want to forget.
I really like this McAlister's, as they are quick and makes sure your order is correct. Have eaten here twice and plan on eating here more.
not as good as they used to be but still decent enough. had the reuben and its good but they went heavy on the 1000 dressing and sauerkraut but a good amount of meat. i've also had the italian and it is good as long as they don't go heavy on the bell peppers. price is good. the sweet tea wasn't quite sweet enough for me. but it does change in sweetness b/c its made by different people daily. i really like the mashed potatoes and gravy and the mac and cheese is goo too. just wish they had a bit more on the portions.
I like to salt & pepper my own food. De food was nasty. De store was dirty I kind of understand because it was raining. My party had to take an initiative to ask them to put out wet floor signs.
The fries are amazing. The burgers are not as much as hyped up to be. They have no flavor except grease.
