I went to J Pauly Toyota I'm off will change in the front end alignment. After waiting approximately 3 hours I was told my car was ready. I paid the bill and drove off and realize that they had not align the front end. I tried calling with no success so then I went in person and I was told that I would need to purchase a part and bring the car back in for a front end alignment. I replied well it would be nice if you had told me did not align the front end even though you charge me for it. He had a very condescending attitude and told me when I brought the car back in I would have to repay for an alignment which should have been done in the first place or at least I should have been told and had that option. So I had him reorder the part brought it back in in the meantime my son called the service manager and explain the situation to him and he said I would not have to repay for the front end alignment. The service technician tried to charge me again and said it wasn't on the computer. I suggested he go speak with his service manager. I guess the thing that upsets me the most is that I'm an elderly lady and they plainly tried to take advantage of me but charging me for a front end alignment never telling me I needed to part until pressed and then wanting to charge me again. Very unethical. I called and left a message for the owner explaining the situation. He never responded. They will never get any more business from me and I will not buy a Toyota from them as I was considering doing so before this experience. Everyone to think twice before using their service department. If it was possible to give them a minus five stars I would do so and gladly
Just bought a new car, 2018 Camry. Sales person was helpful, although now it's hi gotta go. Finance was helpful, but Toyota Motor Company does not offer older vets any discounts. The dealership is nice enough, good selection of vehicles, and prices are right. Overall I would recommend.
Drove all the way from Kansas City for used Thunderbird. Angela and Adam were great making the deal and even better on a follow-up. Well worth the drive. First Class.
Ran my credit 7 different times when I told them I'd go to my own bank to start with, tried to sell me a used, wrecked car for %15 over NADA book value. Finance manager called the next day with a better offer on a different car but by that time I was already in NWA buying from a dealer up there at 1/3 the interest rate they quoted.
