Randall Ford was absolutely professional and courteous. I have bought my last two vehicles here and bring my fiancee's non-Ford car whenever we have a problem with it. All the employees are friendly and extremely helpful. In the river valley area I don't see any other option for buying a vehicle or taking one in for a tune-up or repair. Thank Randall Ford! This is an excellent place to do business. I bought the truck sight unseen and the truck was as advertised. They even called about a month after my purchase and wanted to know how things were going. I would do business here again.
What started out as a great, near perfect, experience turned into a frustrating situation with no help being offered. My wife's Focus recently had the clutch go out. Randall Ford was helpful in getting us in on a timely manner and identifying the problem. Once they knew what was wrong they quickly ordered to parts needed and kept us in the loop every step of the way. After the work was done, they quickly got us in and back on the road. The Focus runs smoothly now but after getting the car back we found an issue that previously was not there. Her SYNC program no longer is functioning. After making a phone call to Randall Ford to get their help. We were told nothing they did would cause the SYNC to stop working. Begging the question,"then why would something that was previously working suddenly stop after they worked on it?" I was highly impressed with their help and work the first time around but now I'm unlikely to take our vehicles back to them. Bottom line, they are willing to help once but ask for help a second time and they are not willing to cooperate. We had such a incredible experience the first time around. I am grateful for that. They are nice and friendly people who care about the customer just not enough to fix their mistakes.

The service manager was so friendly and very professional and one of their salesman impressed me so much with his knowledge that I will probably buy my next car from him.
