I have been trying to get service switched from Verizon to att due to a work discount. It has been a nightmare sitting there for hours and hours multiple days and the staff is not very helpful. The don’t seem to know what they are doing and don’t tell you what you need to bring or tell until you are already having to make another trip home and back!!! Very disappointed in their customer service. They need to learn from the guys at the Apple store in front of Sam’s. They are great!!!
This place is Ridiculous. Just want to sell you things you don't need vs listening to the customers.
5.) Wednesday is here! I get on the chat and I reschedule *again* for Saturday. Rep was super rude.
6.) Thursday happens and I keep getting texts to reschedule my apt. Weird, because I already did. So I get on the chat and ask just to confirm my apt for Saturday. I'm told there was a "technical error" and it never got scheduled. They involve a manager ( who asks me to take off work to meet them, no way.) and she says we'll work out a deal. She'll have them come by Friday while I'm at work and we won't have to be there. Cool!
TV service always go out. My mom's box stop working they told her she would have to deal with it for now there was nothing they could do that a lot of them are having problems and they didn't have a fix

2.) Saturday rolls around and no calls, no one stops by. Nothing. So I call and my apt had been moved to Tuesday. No one had contacted me. She said she'd have a manager call me back, but I never received a call.

8.) it's Saturday. My apt was 11-1 and no one has called, texted, emailed or come by the house. It's past 3pm now. I text the store manager and just ask to cancel my service all together.
7.) it's Friday. Tech calls me and asks if I'm home. I mention " No sir. But did you read the notes on my account?" Basically tells me it doesn't matter what corporate said in the notes, he's not doing it. He has a manager call me. He says if I still want the service he will make me an apt for Saturday ( that I was already told was over booked?) I'm thankful.
3.) Now its Monday and I use the chat to reschedule for Saturday again. I'm assured " no more mess ".

Safe to say I dodged a bullet. I'm trying to give them my money and they're being difficult. Just imagine if I would've signed a contract and been their customer
4.) Tuesday happens. And guess who shows up! ATT. But I'm at work. And I had already rescheduled my apt to Saturday. Since they showed up, this deleted my Saturday apt.
1.) Called about a month ago to get everything set up. Since I had to have it installed on a weekend I had to wait two weeks. No biggie. I was all set for last Saturday.
