I purchased a refrigerator and when they brought it to my house the man ripped the trim off of my entry way from my garage. The man told me and I sighed a paper with him saying he acknowledged he had tried to fit the refrigerator in the door and it wouldn't fit until he took the door off.
I called the next day to talk to the very rude manager who said he was not going to talk to me anymore and to have a good day. I just moved into this house that was completely remodeled. The manager said it was already like that and that someone must have kicked in my door THAT DOESNT LOCK!? I called the corporate offices who helped me to file a claim. I would not suggest any of my friends or family to purchase big items and let them bring it in your house.
