Ran out of an advertised sale in like under an hour. How many did they get in, ONE? Pretty sure they advertised a crazy price just to pull a bait and switch on customers. I hate their guts.
After being treated very poorly at the Gamestop off Zero st. went over too Rogers Ave where Austin and Jackie helped us with outstanding customer service! made it fun being in there and very welcoming. Jackie did an excellent job training and staying in positive attitude whole time while still taking care of customer. highly recommend this Gamestop!!!
The staff at the Rogers location are PHENOMENONAL! Kind, friendly, informative and awesome! I love how they make a concious effort to really connect and make a gamer to gamer connection with their customer's :)

Overall not a bad GameStop. Usually the associates are pretty friendly and knowledgeable. If you've never been to GameStop before just be aware that they offer next to no trade value - even for Pro members. Also, when they get new games they open them... so no small moment of success when unwrapping a new game. As I said though, keep in mind that their associates are friendly and helpful when you decide to shop here!
