Very friendly and professional personnel. They ask me if I need any help and I said yes and told them what I was looking for. They showed me the products that I was interested in and the difference in them. I pick the one I wanted and it works great. It fit exactly where I wanted it. Thanks to all Best Buy Personnel.
Whatever you do, go ask for Logan. THE most patient person in the whole store and he will make sure he does everything he can to please the customer. Makes the experience for me.
This is a really good Best Buy, and the employees have helped me out a lot, anywhere between speakers to phones.
I had to tell the employ what items were on sale, show him their web page where the items were listed and haggle with them over honoring that price. That was three years ago, never been back since.
Called in earlier during the day to make sure I could come and pick up a pre-order the night of it's release was told by two different employees that yes I could come and pick it up at 11, arrived right at 11 after driving for 10 minutes and the doors were locked and I could see people inside but none seemed Intrested in helping me nor did it seem like the store was ready for people to come in, waste of time.
