My husband and I were looking at options for when when we purchase our new home and the sales lady ( I think her name was Lisa but I have a bad memory:( sorry!) was very helpful! She really listened to us and was not pushy. She also answered all our questions and showed us some options we didn't think about. Once she showed us all the couches (for example) that fit our needs she suggested we go back around and take a look again just ourselves. That was a really good idea because then we were able to discuss the options between ourselves. And she told us about great deals and gave us flyers/brochures. I really think we will come back to buy from here once everything is ready! I didn't give 5 stars because we haven't gone through the purchasing process but if its anything like the service we received while browsing, I'll be back to give it 5 stars! This place is excellent for any of your needs. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. If there is a way for you to walk away with what you need for your home they WILL FIND IT!
Spent a couple hours in the Fort Smith store searching for the perfect sectional to complete my living room remodel. Kim is awesome!!! She has a great eye for design and really listens to what you want. I took a chair cushion and had several pictures on my phone of my room and In no time Kim understood what I was looking for. From Kim to Chip to Babette, everyone was wonderful, helpful and professional. Never pushy. Found the perfect sectional after narrowing down several options. They will be our go to from now on.
My fiancé and I went into Ashley's and had the best experience! Kimberly was our sales associate and she was so patient and so attentive to our needs! We told her what we were looking for and she showed us everything they had as far as what we were wanting so we could make the best decision! We explained our situation and she wasn't pushy, just understanding and worked very diligently with us! We put our furniture on layaway until we close on our house and we can't wait to pick up our beautiful new furniture!
We had a great experience buying a mattress. Kim was very patient showing us many styles to make sure we were buying exactly what we wanted. Chad helped in answering questions and had great conversations with both of them. It was like buying from friends. They simply explained every question and concerns we had. We will shop and buy here again when the time comes for more furniture.
