I'm having open heart surgery next week. I needed a chair to help with post-op recovery. I went to several stores, sat in several chairs. To say there is a noticeable difference between those recliners and lazboy is an under statement. After sitting in the first of 120 chairs I knew I wasn't going to leave without one. Stuart was fantastic in explaining all the different features and colors. It's too bad ordering special features takes 6 weeks otherwise I would have gave a perfect 5 stars.
La-Z-Boy really did it this time. As soon as I walked in I was greet by Kaetlynn. She made me feel very comfortable and offered great deals as well as room sketches. It was awesome! I ended up buying a small recliner and opted to have it delivered. Speaking of the delivery, I met Shawn who was the delivery person I remember the most. He was so polite! I have never had such an awesome young man do as well as he did. He was able to navigate tight corners within my house and etc! If I could leave a 5 star for each one I would!!!! Definitely recommend this La-Z-y Boy

I had a visit to the store last week, looking for something as a gift for myself. But I wasn't quite sure what it was, yet.... A wonderful young lady by the name of Sara, found me all puzzled. While looking for my soon to be amazing and relaxing present to myself, I found us talking about our glory days in the military! And it was quite relieving just being able to relax in the store. She worked hard, and helped me find my solution! Thank you very much Sara burks!! A great experience!
I purchased 2 recliners and a sofa because I was down sizing the furniture footprint in my home so it would be easier for my 85 year old mother to maneuver with her new walker, Kaetlynn Hudson was the sales associate I dealt with and she was very nice, kind and professional with both my mom and I. After the furniture was delivered we noticed a piece of material on one of the recliners that had not been trimmed properly and when I went to H3 the next day to pay for the furniture I mentioned it to the Manager Stuart Parnell, he suggested that I could trim it myself or that they could pick the chair back up and re-deliver it in another week. I did not like his first suggestion and I did not like that they would leave me without a chair for another week so I opted to live with the chair the way it was. After less than 3 weeks the motor that ran the foot rest quit working on one of the recliners... so I called H3 and they came about 4 days later to my home to pick up the chair (that is 4 days with a chair that does not work, 5 all together because it stopped working the night before). Now I'm told by the delivery guys (Shawn & Mike, I believe are their names)... who were both also very polite and professional that I will probably have to wait another week for my chair to be fixed and re-delivered. I would like to give H3 & Lazy-Boy a 5 star review because I really liked the Sales associate and delivery guys, but the managers attitude and the fact that they don't have someone who could come to your home and repair brand new furniture instead of inconveniencing you for a whole other week has knocked it down to a 4 star rating! The furniture that I do have here is good quality and I hope I can say the same for the recliner that is being repaired. Also my mom loves the messaging feature in her recliner, it helps with the cramps in her legs!
Got the chair back today (1 week later) and the foot rest is now working fine, but the material that had not been trimmed properly originally is still not trimmed properly! Just going to do like the first time and live with it the way it is, as I don't want to be without a chair for another week. Hopefully H3 Home+Decor in Fort smith has learned and will try and do better with their future customers (which I will probably not be one of).
Owner never called me back after I got the chair back and left him a message about the chair not being trimmed properly.
