Love the customer service here! They were so helpful and kind when we had to delay delivery because my husband had to go to the hospital and in icu. Great selection of furniture and the salesman was very knowledgeable about the items we wanted. I went back and bought an additional item and I won't shop anywhere else for furniture.

We will never purchase from Hank's in Fort Smith as long as Nikki is the manager. Very unprofessional and how she treats her employees it's no wonder things are not done correctly or in a timely manner, I felt like she's more of a micro-manager which causes a lot of issues. After not receiving a phone call the day before our furniture was scheduled to be delivered the next day, we instead got a call the day of, which gave us no time to break down one of our bedroom sets and have the room ready for the new one, of course they would gladly charge you to break that one down and also set the other one up so needless to say my husband spent the portion of his day breaking down one and putting together the other and we finished it up that evening. I called Nikki to let her now I was very upset which she offered to have someone come out and set up the bed at no charge we declined one because by that point we were finished with Hank's and two we already had it done. She called my husband a few days later to try and make the situation right which in turn he told her you know our address if you want to make it right. A few days later my mom and dad received a check in the mail with no letter or card explaining why they were receiving this, since they were the ones that purchased the bedroom set. So sounds like to me Nikki has a hard time saying she's sorry for any inconvenience that may have been caused.

I bought a sectional and recliner with help Lizzie. She went out of her way to help me and make sure that everything was exactly what I wanted. I chose to have it shipped to my house over an hour away. Something happened in the shuffle and my furniture was misplaced and did not arrive on time. Lizzie went above and beyond to make sure to find my things and make sure they were there the next day. I am so thankful to have had such a helpful person that made sure I was happy!! Thanks Lizzie!!! :)

Worse products I've ever purchased, then I have to pay $80 to have good furniture brought out and the old picked up. And the 2nd set brought was bad as well. After that they had my husband go to the store and look the 3rd set over because they couldn't see the defects that even the delivery guy seen. Really??? Wow. From the second set on they started acting as though we has something to do with it. I guess I have nothing better to do then sit and wait on furniture. Will be the LAST TIME I will ever walk in that store again. So good luck, glad some had a better experience with them than I did.

Nikkei the manager at this place is awful and extremely unprofessional. She did nothing to rectify the problem and wouldn't even call me herself to ask questions. She had someone else do that. Finally when I had had enough after several days and the problem and damaged furniture still was not fixed I went back into the store all for her to speak to me in the most unprofessional manner. After she took it to that level so did I. In the end she kicked me out of the store. She knew she was wrong because she ended up calling me not even one hour after I left. I spent over 3,000 dollars at this location and I am not happy and I still have damaged furniture. I hope the nice girl that helped me takes that management position from nikki because she surely deserves it. I will never ever go to this place again and I am returning all of said furniture and if thats an issue then they can talk to my lawyer.
