Dont count on good costumer service out of their tech.
We had a machine purchased from them that was giving us trouble every day. After three trips the tech was convinced that their equipment was not the issue. We ended up replacing the unit and it has been absolutely trouble free for the last 3 weeks.
At both businesses I have worked at that used Preferred, we were always pleased with everyone from our Sales Rep, Service Techs and Customer Service folks! Definitely a favorite!
He was condescending, rude, and the reason we will not do anymore business with Preferred.
