terrible experience and way over priced! Waste of money and rude poeple. Avoid these scam artist
I called there office to set up service the guy I talked to was very helpful and set me up for install the next day. The installer was very professional and explained everything so I could use my service before he left. Great experience will use them for anything else I may need.
The service (?) technician TSC sent was rude, uninformed and confrontational to the point that I felt intimidated. I literally had to ask him to leave! After a prior, unsuccessful service(?) call to my home, Hughes Net assured me that the person to make the next service(?) call had been brought "up to speed". Instead, I was given the worst service I have ever had from any company in my 53 years. Ever! An attempt to call the company was problematic, the manager declining to take the call, as he was "busy". As yet another dissatisfied customer above remarked: "they are scam artists". Beware of this company.

Great people. Called their office, office guy was cool. Scheduled one of their techs to come out. They had us going in a few hours with the best picture we've ever had on our tv. Thank you yall.
